WoodnZen Pre-Launch – Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The WoodnZen Pre-Launch Reservation Program allows participants to reserve access to exclusive launch rewards for an upcoming WoodnZen collection before its official public release.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• One registration is permitted per person and email address.
• WoodnZen reserves the right to reject, cancel, or disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise invalid registrations.

3. No Purchase Required for Registration

Participation is free and does not require a purchase. However, redemption of certain rewards may require a qualifying purchase as specified in these Terms & Conditions.

4. Reward Reservation

Participants may select one (1) reward option during registration: 40% Founder Access Pricing, a Complimentary Wooden Coaster, or a Complimentary Wooden Cutlery Stand. Only one reward may be reserved per registered participant.

5. Reward Availability

• Reward reservations are limited and subject to availability.
• Submission of this form does not guarantee reward fulfillment.
• Rewards will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• WoodnZen reserves the right to substitute, modify, or discontinue any reward without prior notice if circumstances require.

6. Collection Launch Notification

Registered participants will receive priority notification regarding the collection launch. Launch details, product availability, reward redemption instructions, and related updates will be communicated via the email address provided during registration.

7. Founder Access Pricing

The 40% Founder Access Pricing, if selected, will be applicable only to eligible products specified by WoodnZen during the launch period. The offer may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, and validity periods communicated at launch. The discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

8. Complimentary Gift Redemption

Complimentary gifts are redeemable only after a qualifying purchase from a designated WoodnZen sales channel, including Amazon, during the launch campaign period. Proof of purchase may be required. Gifts are subject to stock availability, and applicable shipping charges are borne by the participant unless otherwise specified. WoodnZen may substitute a gift with an item of similar nature and value if necessary.

9. Shipping & Delivery Charges

Shipping and handling charges are not included in any reward, discount, gift, or promotional offer unless expressly stated otherwise. Participants are responsible for applicable shipping charges associated with purchases and/or reward fulfillment, which may vary based on location and sales channel.

10. Geographic Restrictions

Reward redemption, product availability, and shipping services may be limited to locations serviced by WoodnZen or its authorized sales channels. WoodnZen reserves the right to restrict participation or fulfillment based on geographic limitations.

11. Verification

WoodnZen reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and request additional information where necessary. Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable period may result in disqualification.

12. Non-Transferability

Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, resold, refunded, redeemed for cash, or converted into store credit. Rewards may only be used by the registered participant.

13. Launch Schedule

Collection launch dates and timelines are estimates and may change without prior notice. WoodnZen does not guarantee a specific launch date and is not liable for delays arising from production, logistics, marketplace approvals, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

14. Reward Value

Reward options may differ in retail value. By selecting a reward, participants accept it as offered. No alternative compensation or substitution will be provided unless determined by WoodnZen.

15. Technical Issues

WoodnZen is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or unsuccessful registrations resulting from technical failures, internet disruptions, system errors, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

16. Modification or Cancellation

WoodnZen reserves the right to amend these Terms, modify reward structures, change eligibility requirements, and extend, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon publication or communication.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WoodnZen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation, reward redemption, product purchases, or use of products acquired through the launch campaign.

18. Privacy

Information submitted through this form will be used for launch communications, reward administration, customer support, and marketing communications from WoodnZen. Personal information will not be sold to third parties. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in emails.

19. Marketing Consent

By opting in, you consent to receive product launch announcements, collection updates, promotional offers, brand news, and exclusive content from WoodnZen. You may withdraw consent at any time.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

21. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the registration form, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, agree to be bound by them, and are voluntarily participating in the WoodnZen Pre-Launch Reservation Program.
